Just popping in to say HELLO!

Hello Everyone!

How are you all? I hope you've all been staying safe and keeping warm this winter!

As most of you are aware, we've been a little MIA on our social media accounts lately and after much encouragement from of our lovely clients ... it's time that we get back into it and provide you all with an update on what's been happening over the last ... goodness me ... let me check when we last posted ... several months!? Eek!! I can't believe how much time has flown!

Whelp! To be quite honest with you all, we've been busy running across town and all around Sydney documenting a number of weddings, events, surprise proposals, maternity, 1st birthdays and family sessions for our goregous clients, both existing and new! Thank you all again for putting your trust in Jennifer Lam Photography (JLP) and for giving us the opportunity to be a part of your special occasions. We are very grateful for your love and support!

For those of you who have engaged with JLP, you'll find our sole focus is to stay connected with each and every one of you, before, during and after the photo session. It's a great way for us to get to know each other; fully understand what is desired and expected on the day, before we rock up and dedicate ourselves to capturing all the precious, memorable moments that would naturally unfold. This means any spare time that we may have in between, although a small part should've been used to update our socials, were instead spent with our loved ones by being fully present for activities like building a pillow fortress and watching Raya and the Last Dragon; catching up with friends over food and ... most importantly ... dessert .. platters (Y-U-M!); reading a book; enjoying walks around the neighbourhood ... and you probably got the gist by now that this list of enjoying the simple things in life can go onnnn!

As a small business we understand the importance of staying up to date with our socials and we will try our very best moving forward to be (somewhat) more regular hehe. So please stay tuned for upcoming posts! :)

In the meantime, below is a quick snapshot of some of the fun we've been up to recently. We've had such a blast and we look forward forward to all our upcoming gigs! Take care and see you all around soon!

Sydney West Riders Annual Charity Ride for Inspire180

Hello Everyone!

I hope you’re all having an awesome start to the new year!

As featured in today’s printed and online copy of the Liverpool Leader newspaper article, my two brothers Kevin & Steven, founders of Sydney West Riders (SWR) will be running their annual charity ride this coming Saturday 14.01.2017! To kick-off 2017, they have decided to team up with the Ambassadors Christian Motorcycle Club (Ambassadors C.M.C) to fundraise and raise awareness of a non-profit organisation called Inspire180.

In short, Inspire180 is a program led by Tony Hoang across high schools in low socio economic areas in Western Sydney which seeks to engage, equip and change cultural perceptions of the youth towards the dangers of alcohol, drugs & crime. For more information about Inspire180, click here.

In a collaborative effort, Sydney West Riders, Ambassadors C.M.C and Tony Hoang aim to fundraise $2,500. All proceeds will go towards Inspire180.

Your donation will offer those schools free seminars in Term 1 of 2017. Not only will these seminars engage, educate and and challenge the youths' mindset around choices and consequences, it will also help them to discover their strengths and passion in achieving their short term/lifelong goals.

To help raise awareness, come along and join in on the ride!

Date: Saturday, 14th January 2017

Time: 8:30AM

Meeting place: Cabramatta's Hungry Jacks (A28, Sydney NSW 2166)

Your support will be very much appreciated! :)

Teresa & Steven - Engagement Session

I absolutely love it when our couples decide to go with a location that has sentimental meaning behind it and for Teresa and Steven, our session took place where their engaged lives began! And this was how their story went...

... The couple were going for a casual afternoon stroll around the piers, soaking in the cool breeze and Sydney sights. Little did Teresa know, this wasn't just any ordinary stroll ;). After walking around for some time, Teresa's phone buzzed to congratulate her on a record step count achievement for the day and as she pulled out her phone to check, Steven decided to seize the moment! He bended down on one knee and as she looked up from her phone ... you can guess what happened next! The rest was bliss for these two lovebirds! <3

Congratulations again on your engagement T+S! It's not too long to go now... we look forward to seeing you guys again on your wedding day! Yipee!
